The Board meetings are held  on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:30 in Kilgore Hall on the N.C. State University Campus. Kilgore Hall is located across Hillsboro St. from the Brooks Ave. parking lot which is at the intersection of Brooks Ave, and Hillsborough St.  Members are welcome to attend the board meetings.  Members are allowed to participate in the discussions, but only board members may vote.  Anyone wishing to attend should call one of the board members to be sure the meeting is scheduled.  Since Kilgore Hall is locked after 6:00 pm, someone on the Board should be notified that you are coming so they can wait at the door to let you in. The Board meetings are held in the conference room on the first floor.
